Cheryl Gist-Williams. As a licensed cosmetologist since 1994, hair colorist, cosmetology instructor and former salon owner, she has been educating students in Illinois since 2011. In addition, I've trained educators in cosmetology for five years. Having owned and operated a salon, along with possessing an MBA in finance, allows her to understand the challenges that stylists and salon owners face. These classes can help!
Olga Little. Olga Little-Payne has been a licensed as a nail technician by the State of Illinois since 1998 and a licensed cosmetologist since 2015. She has worked as an employee, independent contractor as well as a consultant to salon owners who wanted to successfully integrate nails into their salons.
Olga has a bachelor’s degree in English Education with a secondary teaching option, a Masters in Special Education and is a current doctoral student in higher education. She loves learning and teaching others. She has more than 20 years of experience in the nail industry and has always been committed to sharing her knowledge and expertise with everyone she encounters.
